South Florida · For service businesses that book jobs
Run your business from your phone. We operate. You approve.
Kawsay is a managed back office for service businesses. An AI operations agent prepares quotes, invoice drafts and job plans, with the founder supervising the work. You make the decisions and send what goes to clients. We set up each workflow with you; My Way is our first live pilot.
Start with one booking. We'll map the handoffs, show where time and money go, and agree which work we can take on for your business.
From inquiry to money in the bank.
One managed path for the work you do between jobs. The first pilot uses owner-reviewed drafts; an operator handles external steps with you.
"Saturday in June, 60 guests, backyard in Pinecrest."
We gather verified details from your existing conversations. Each business gets its own scoped inbox connection once we set it up; automatic ingestion is still being built.
A quote draft with your terms.
The configured pricing engine drafts the numbers for owner review. You approve and send the quote from your own account.
Invoice drafts for your review.
Drafts and due dates stay visible. We can configure a Square handoff with you; you approve and send every invoice.
Confirm the deposit before reserving the date.
The ledger tracks owner-recorded receipts and due dates. We check the payment source under the agreed service scope; Kawsay does not move money.
A preparation draft for the job.
Confirmed job facts create a preparation draft. We review quantities and supplier needs with you before buying.
See a provisional P&L.
Recorded cash and costs produce a provisional job view; final margin needs reconciled receipts and actual costs.
Find the work that's stealing your evenings.
An inquiry lands while you're on a job. The quote waits until Sunday night. The deposit sits in Square, the shopping list lives in your head, and you still don't know what that event made. We follow one real booking to find those handoffs and give you an operating plan.
The call Short free call
We map your cycle together: where inquiries come from, how quotes go out, how the money moves. No pitch, no deck.
The working audit One full cycle
We follow one real booking through your business, inquiry to final payment, and count the hours it eats and the places it leaks. You get the count in writing.
The fix Draft, then operate
We remove needless steps, set up drafts for what remains and help operate the workflow. You approve every client message and payment step.
The audit is free, and the findings are yours either way. If the leaks aren't worth fixing, we'll tell you, and you'll still have the map.
One operator for the work between bookings.
We configure the handoffs your business needs. The My Way pilot runs quote, invoice and job drafts today; additional account connections and service workflows are scoped with each owner.
Approve a priced quote
Configured package or job rules produce a draft with your terms. You check the facts and send it.
Invoices and deposits in view
Draft invoices, recorded receipts and due dates sit beside the booking. We check source records under an agreed service scope; you approve customer messages and payment steps.
Inquiries get an owner-ready draft
We can scope inbox review and draft replies with you. Automated email ingestion is in development; no inbox is connected by this page.
Keep Square and QuickBooks Online
We set up the handoff with your existing accounts. Kawsay has a Square draft adapter; it does not sync QuickBooks yet. Your books stay in your control.
Know what to buy for the job
For restaurants, caterers and crews, we can map stock and build a buy-list process. Automatic stock-on-hand deduction is still being built.
Staffing plans and calendar handoffs
Plan the crew and schedule around confirmed work. External calendar updates need an owner-approved, configured handoff.
A provisional P&L per job
Revenue, receipts and costs come together; the final margin depends on reconciled money and actual expenses.
Social content and training
We can scope a founder-led social media add-on or build the workflow with your team and train them. These are separate service commitments, with no automatic posting.
How to run a business while working a 9-5
Most people had big plans once. Then the job ate them. AI hands the agency back: the repeated work gets handled, and your time goes to what you actually want to build. This is founder-led, one-on-one training. I'll build it with you, on your terms, on your time, and teach you how to keep building.
The free call Start here
We look at your week together: the repeated tasks, the evenings lost to admin, the thing you've been dreaming of doing. You leave with a map of what AI can take off your plate, yours to keep either way.
Build it with you 1:1 sessions
We build your actual workflows together: quotes, follow-ups, books, content, whatever eats your time. Not a course about AI. Built on your business and your real tasks.
Keep building Your capability
You learn how to keep going without me: how to ask, how to check the work, how to add the next workflow. The goal is independence, not dependence.
- Business owners drowning in quotes, invoices and follow-ups
- Workers with repeated tasks: the same report, the same emails, every week
- Anyone who wants to learn AI by building something real, not watching videos
Learn to build and check AI workflows with guidance on your real business tasks.
Training starts with a conversation and is scoped per person. No public pricing. The plan follows the free call.
You decide from your phone.
The My Way pilot uses a private phone web app for owner decisions and job records. A new business receives its own configured access after onboarding checks. Three screens organize the work:
Approvals
Quotes, invoice drafts and preparation plans wait for review. Approval records your decision; the owner sends or purchases externally.
Money
Recorded deposits, balances and due dates. Payment checks require an assigned operator and source reconciliation.
Jobs
Every booking with its date, prep list and provisional margin as actual costs are recorded.
Your existing accounts stay yours. Each email, payment or calendar handoff is scoped and verified before it becomes part of your service.

I want to run my business on my phone, and so do a lot of other operators. This needs to be done by someone. It's going to be me.
Straight answers.
How does the audit actually work?
A short free call to map your cycle, then we follow one real booking end to end, inquiry to final payment, and count the hours and the leaks. You get the findings in writing, free, whether you hire us or not. A full cycle takes days or weeks; we won't pretend a quick call covers it.
Do I need to change my software?
The pilot keeps your existing accounts and uses manual records alongside a Square draft adapter. Other integrations require separate implementation and verification before we promise them.
What is the console, exactly?
A phone web app for owner decisions and job records. The first pilot uses it today; access for a new business is set up after its onboarding checks.
Who talks to my clients?
Nobody without your approval. The system drafts quotes, invoices, and confirmations; you review, copy and send them yourself from your own accounts.
What does it cost?
There is no public price yet. We agree the first pilot's scope and price after understanding your workflow.
What happens to my data?
The first contact goes to our email. We agree what records an audit needs before you share client data. A software pilot requires separate access, storage, export and deletion terms. Read our privacy notice and audit terms.
How fast do we start?
We agree the first workflow after reviewing a real job. Quote drafting and recorded payment checks are the starting point; email, inventory and external account handoffs are configured only when ready.
Can you work with my email, Square and QuickBooks?
We can plan the handoffs around the accounts you already use. The first pilot has a Square draft adapter, while email ingestion and QuickBooks sync are not live integrations. We verify each account connection before including it in your service.
