Free audit terms

Last updated October 9, 2026. These are the proposed terms for an initial Kawsay process audit. We confirm the scope with you before handling any client records.

What is included

We start with a conversation about how an inquiry becomes a completed job. If both sides agree, we follow one representative booking cycle and give you written observations about time, re-entry and missed steps. The audit is free; there is no obligation to buy a pilot. Timing depends on the cycle and access you approve.

Your information and access

Send only your business contact details in the initial email. Do not send passwords, payment credentials or customer records yet. We will agree which records are necessary, who can see them, how they are transferred, and when they are removed before the working audit. You can decline any access request or stop the audit by emailing us.

Decisions and communications

You remain responsible for your client relationships, prices, payments and business decisions. We do not send client messages, issue invoices, record payments or purchase anything on your behalf through the audit. Any later managed pilot needs a separate scope, price and data agreement.

Findings

Our observations describe the sample cycle we reviewed. They are not a guarantee of savings, revenue or a working integration. You may use the written findings for your own business. We will not publish your name, client details or audit results without your approval.
